The record
Each sheet below is one sector: what the plant had to do, who it was for, and what we were responsible for. What changes between a refinery and a body shop is the process and the consequence of getting it wrong, not the rigor the control system deserves.

Automotive plants do not accept a contractor’s house style. Both of these programs were written to the customer’s own PLC standard, which is the harder and correct way to do it.
Our oil and gas client base sits in Houston, Texas. The work is PI System expertise at scale: more than 150,000 historized tags, and the support contract that keeps them trustworthy.
Controls maintenance, PLC and HMI programming, and integration of the entire SCADA system. Daily reports are pulled straight from the SQL database, with operational alerts and alarm messages integrated into the monitoring workflow.
Control panel services and automation support for paper mill operations, where continuity, diagnostics and maintainable systems matter throughout the production process.
Controls and monitoring for utility-scale photovoltaic plants across the United States. Generation assets are only worth what the supervision layer can prove they produced, so the historian matters as much as the inverter.
